Description: Delta Airlines employees at Salt Lake City airport were supposed to offer me wheelchair assistance to get me to my next gate. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a wheelchair, the employee took the chair away from me once I got up from the plane seat and walked back up the ramp, not allowing me to use the chair and would not tell me why. As a disabled person with chronic pain and fatigue, it is very important that I have a wheelchair from start to finish especially when my connecting flight has a very small window in a very large and new airport. I will tire out very fast and be in a lot of pain, which has the risk of me not being able to make my next flight.
